Information provided on this website is intended for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this website creates a coaching, healthcare, or other professional relationship between you and First In Nutrition.

Enrollment in a First In Nutrition coaching program is subject to separate terms, agreements, acknowledgments, and policies presented during the applicable enrollment process.

First In Nutrition provides nutrition coaching, wellness support, and educational information. Content available through this website is provided for general educational, informational, and wellness purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT).

3. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Testimonials, member experiences, examples, photographs, and other information appearing on this website describe the experiences of the individuals depicted and should not be understood as a promise or guarantee that another person will achieve the same or similar results.

Individual results vary. First In Nutrition does not guarantee weight loss, weight gain, changes in body composition, performance improvements, health outcomes, or any other specific result.

Results may depend on numerous individual factors, including participation, consistency, lifestyle, biological variability, individual circumstances, and factors outside First In Nutrition’s control.

6. COACHING SERVICES, PURCHASES, AND ENROLLMENT

Descriptions of coaching programs, pricing, features, availability, promotions, or other offerings may appear on this website.

Fixed-Term Programs and Installment Payments
When you purchase a fixed-term coaching program, you are purchasing the entire program term selected at checkout, whether payment is made in full or through installments.
Installment plans are offered as a payment convenience and do not constitute a pay-as-you-go or month-to-month subscription. Scheduled installments remain due according to the payment schedule accepted at checkout unless you qualify for the 4-Week Risk-Free Guarantee described below, First In Nutrition agrees otherwise in writing, or applicable law requires otherwise.

4-Week Risk-Free Guarantee
First In Nutrition offers a 4-Week Risk-Free Guarantee on eligible new paid coaching enrollments. A customer may request a refund at any time within 28 calendar days of the original purchase date if they decide First In Nutrition is not right for them.

No minimum level of participation, adherence, progress, or results is required to use the guarantee. For a qualifying request, First In Nutrition will refund all program payments made for that enrollment and cancel any remaining scheduled installments.

The guarantee is available only for an initial paid coaching enrollment. It does not apply to renewals, continuations, extensions, subsequent coaching purchases, or customers who previously received a complimentary or promotional First In Nutrition coaching experience before purchasing.

Failure to complete onboarding, begin coaching, or otherwise participate does not pause, postpone, restart, or extend the 28-day guarantee period.

After the 28-day guarantee period expires, program payments are non-refundable except where First In Nutrition expressly agrees otherwise in writing or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Purchasing or enrolling in a First In Nutrition coaching program creates a separate contractual relationship governed by the terms, conditions, acknowledgments, payment terms, and other agreements presented in connection with that enrollment.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and terms specifically governing a purchased coaching program or service, the terms applicable to that program or service will control with respect to that purchase or participation.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

This website may contain links to or interact with third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, forms, community services, or other external services.

Third-party services are operated independently from First In Nutrition and may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

First In Nutrition is not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
